In the 2019-2020 school year, CMLS embarked on a journey to develop a strategic plan. The purpose of the strategic plan is to put key processes in place that will lead to continuous improvement. It is our intent that the strategic plan will be one of many tools to help us become the best version of ourselves.

As we look to the future, the documents below will provide guidance and clarity for the district's decision-making process.

1. Clinton-Massie Board of Education Aspirational Goals - The BOE has used input from the strategic planning process to create three goals with metrics for each.

6. Clinton-Massie Board of Education Strategic Plan Policy Manual - A forward-facing document for parents, staff, and students to review processes of planning for the Board of Education. This includes Board of Education and Executive limitations.
