Welcome to Clinton-Massie Local Schools!

I am extremely proud and honored to serve as the Superintendent of Clinton-Massie Local Schools!

Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with our talented and dedicated staff, our supportive community, and our amazing students. It is an honor to continue leading such a wonderful school district, and I am excited to build upon our accomplishments and look forward to our future successes!

As I reflect on our school district, I realize it is far more than just a collection of classrooms and facilities; it is a dynamic learning hub focused on growth and relationships. Our vision is to inspire learners, empower the community, and strive for excellence. At the heart of this vision are five values that guide our path forward:

• Relationships: We recognize the profound impact that relationships have on our students' lives. By actively listening and being present with our students, we will continue to support and encourage their development.

• Whole Child Focus: We are dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of every child in our district. While academics are undoubtedly important, so too are social, emotional, and physical well-being. We will maintain high expectations while addressing the needs of each student to ensure they feel supported in all aspects of their lives.

• Excellence: We believe that high standards and adopting a growth mindset will create an educational experience that equips and inspires each student with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a constantly changing world.

• Student Growth: We want our students to ask questions and stay curious throughout their educational journey. We are committed to creating a learning environment where both students and educators set lofty goals, embrace challenges, and celebrate achievements.

• Lifelong Learner: Education is a lifelong pursuit, and we believe in instilling a love for learning that will stay with our students throughout their lives.

Clinton-Massie is a wonderful place, filled with an exceptional team of educators, students, staff members, parents, and community partners. We look forward to the 2024-2025 school year and all the opportunities for our students to shine! We invite you to come see our Falcons as they compete in athletic events, as they are recognized for academic achievements, or as they perform in our band concerts, choir shows, and theater performances.
