• Seniors need a MCV4 (Meningococcal) Vaccine

• Students going into the 7th grade, need a MCV4(Meningococcal) Vaccine and a Tdap (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis Vaccine)

• All incoming Kindergarten, Seventh, Seniors and New students need to provide us with up to date written shot records. An immunization Waiver is also available on our school web-site if you choose not to immunize your student.
