Clinton-Massie Local Schools will be hosting an on-site COVID-19 School Vaccination Clinic through the Clinton County Health Department. The clinic will be for students age 16 or older and will be run with the same safety protocols as other vaccination clinics run by the Health Department. The clinic date will be Thursday April 22, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. in the High School Auditeria. Deadline for Pre-registration is Tuesday April 20, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Parental Consent for Vaccination of 16 and 17 Year Old Teens Update: *Children ages 16 and 17 who are not emancipated must have parental or legal guardian consent for any vaccine. *A parent or legal guardian should generally accompany the minor to receive the vaccine unless the vaccine administration occurs in a physician’s office, school-based or school-associated clinic , or similar setting. In the specific settings noted, 16- and 17-year-olds may now be vaccinated without parental presence. *The vaccine will be Pfizer. *COVID-19 Vaccines are free. Students who are 18 years old, or emancipated minors, may complete their own CMLS Pre-registration and Health Department consent form.
